1-1. Founders can cancel the application directly from 'Feedback' on My page.

1-2. If Mentors reject the application or do not approve it within the shorter period of [7 days from the time of Video Call request] OR [before the scheduled time of Video Call], the application will be automatically cancelled.

2-1. Founders and Mentors cannot cancel the application directly after Mentor’s approval.

2-2. After finishing Video Call, Mentors are obliged to complete the feedback report within 3 days.

2-3. If Mentors fail to complete the feedback report within 3 days, the feedback will be automatically cancelled and they will be rated as '0' for the case.

2-4. Mentors familiarize themselves with the information of the Founder provided in advance and participate in the mentoring.

3-1. Founders can check their feedback reports completed in 'Feedback' on My page.

3-2. Founders have the right to rate their Mentors on the case. The ratings will be used to improve the quality of the service.

3-3. Mentors can check their settlement status in 'Settlement' on My page.

4-1. Founders & Mentors keep mutual promises in the mentoring process.

4-2. Founders & Mentors ensure the confidentiality of information and secrets obtained in the mentoring process.

4-1. Mentors have duties for prohibiting unauthorized distribution of the founder's IR deck.
